These fees ensure clarity and allow customers to customize their appointment based on location, schedule, and document needs.

General Notary Work (Mobile)

  • $10 per notarized signature (Florida statutory fee)

Loan Signing Services

  • Loan Signing Package: $150–$200

  • Seller’s Package: $75–$125

  • Cash Buyer Package: $75–$150

  • Loan Modification: $50–$85

  • HELOC Package: $100–$150

  • Reverse Mortgage Application: $75–$125

  • Deed-Only Signing: $50–$75

  • Includes: professional document handling, borrower guidance, and proactive communication with title/escrow

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

  • First notarization: $25–$35

  • Additional seal(s): $10–$15 each

  • Multiple signers: +$10–$20 per extra signer

  • After-hours/emergency RON: +$10–$40

    Prices apply to most standard documents. Some specialized or international documents may require a custom quote.

Specialty Services

  • Apostille Facilitation: $85–$150

  • Permit Runner / Courier Services: $45–$85 per trip

  • Field Inspections: $20–$200, depending on assignment

  • Employment / I-9 Verification: $50–$75

  • Form Completion Assistance (clerical only - no legal advice): $25–$75

  • Records Retrieval: $45–$125

  • Medical Facility Signings: $50–$85 + parking (if applicable)

Additional Fees

  • Travel / Convenience Fee

    Applied to all mobile appointments.
    $25–$45, depending on distance, time of day, and location.

  • Witness Services (If Provided by Me)

    Some documents require witnesses.
    $25–$50 per witness, depending on availability and scheduling.
    Please request witnesses in advance so accommodations can be made.

  • Printing / Document Handling Fees

    (For loan signings, real estate packages, or large document sets.)

    • Printing (letter + legal, up to 200 pages): $25

    • Additional printing (200+ pages): +$15

    • Scanbacks / document uploads: $10–$25, depending on volume

    These align with standard industry expectations.

  • After-Hours Appointments

    Appointments after 7 PM: +$15–$25
    Late-night or urgent availability (after 9 PM): +$25–$50

  • Same-Day / Rush Requests

    For last-minute, same-day appointments: +$20–$40
    This applies to mobile and RON services.

  • Weekend / Holiday Fees

    • Weekends: +$15–$25

    • Major holidays: +$30–$75

  • Wait-Time Fees

    Wait time beyond 15 minutes: $1 per minute

  • Parking Fees / Gated Access Charges

    If applicable, any parking garage, valet, or gated community fees will be added to the final invoice.
